RETURN DEADLINE
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
❌ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Items returned after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
- If you've done both and still haven’t received your refund, contact us via email, and we will respond within 24 hours.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us via email, and we will assist you within 24 hours.
RETURN SHIPPING
- To return a product, please email us for instructions. We will respond within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
